Tiers & Add-Ins

Product tiering per the suite-wide convention — one-time purchase per tier, no subscription. The handoff doc's own "Tier 1 / Tier 2 / ... Tier 10" product terminology is a separate axis from these buyer Levels; both are cross-referenced below.

Level 1 — Standard (handoff Tier 1)

  • Products, Inventory, Sales/Ordering, Shopping List, Buy Again, Customer Profiles, Recipe Builder, Barcode
  • Single workspace, staff-only access
  • Included with every purchase

Level 2 — Pro Operations (handoff Tier 2)

  • Catering & Events, Delivery Routing, Contracts, Calendar, Invoices, Kitchen Display
  • Entitlement-gated: has_entitlement('food_service', 2, workspace_id)

Level 3 — Multi-User

  • Staff/team accounts sharing one workspace's data
  • DB-enforced via workspace membership, not the app layer
  • Built into this schema from v1 (not a later upgrade)

Level 4 — Custom Menu Items

  • Buyer defines menu/product entries beyond the standard catalog
  • Entitlement-gated: has_entitlement('food_service', 4, workspace_id)

Roadmap only — NOT built (handoff Tiers 3-10)

Flagged rather than silently built or silently dropped. Tiers 3-4 are realistic future scope; Tiers 7, 8, and 10 in particular describe conceptual/aspirational framing ("Multiverse", "Reality Engine", "Omni-Existence Layer") rather than a buildable spec — treat those as vision language, not an engineering backlog, unless she narrows them to concrete features first.

Tier 3 — Elite Intelligence

  • Menu engineering, sales analytics, forecasting AI, wholesale/partner portals

Tier 4 — Automation AI

  • Event-driven automation, rules, cross-tier orchestration & logging

Tier 5 — Cloud Intelligence

  • Multi-location aggregation and network analytics

Tier 6 — Company Universe

  • Multi-company isolation and universe-level strategy

Tier 7 — Multiverse conceptual

  • Cross-"universe" analytics and global strategy generation — not a concrete spec as written

Tier 8 — Reality Engine conceptual

  • "Future-state modeling" / simulation — not a concrete spec as written

Tier 9 — Dimension Intelligence

  • Multi-dimension (ops/finance/risk/growth) analysis views

Tier 10 — Omni-Existence Layer conceptual

  • "System identity / existence health scoring" — not a concrete spec as written

Reports

Low stock, sales by day, top products, buy-again, kitchen queue, and pipeline value — every tier gets the Tier 1 reports; Tier 2 reports require the Level 2 entitlement.
